Morning Qi Privacy Policy Effective date: May 26, 2026 LaBounty Labs, LLC, doing business as Morning Qi, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Morning Qi iOS app. Information We Collect Camera and movement data. Morning Qi uses your device camera to analyze and score qigong movements in real time. Camera video, body images, pose frames, and raw camera data are processed on device and are not uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties. Anonymous device identifier. We generate a random, persistent anonymous identifier and store it securely on your device. We use this identifier to authenticate requests and associate practice data with a backend profile. Sign in with Apple. Sign in with Apple is optional. If you use it, Apple may provide us a stable Apple user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name or relay email address. We use this information to link your account across devices, restore progress, and support account recovery. Push notifications. With your permission, Morning Qi may send practice reminders. To deliver notifications, we may store a device-specific push notification token associated with your anonymous identifier or Sign in with Apple user ID. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings. Usage and analytics data. We collect basic app telemetry to operate the app, evaluate app quality, detect defects, understand usage patterns, and improve reliability. This may include session frequency, feature usage, onboarding choices, streak updates, flow completions, subscription status sync events, and error reports. This data is tied to your anonymous identifier or Sign in with Apple user ID and is used to provide and improve Morning Qi. Progress, routine, and check-in data. We store practice progress such as streaks, completions, routine duration, selected goals, and optional daily responses about how puffy or bloated you feel so Morning Qi can show progress, personalize reflections, analyze product effectiveness, and restore your experience. Subscription information. Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase status, restore purchases, unlock subscribed features, and maintain subscription status. We do not collect or store payment card information. Information We Do Not Collect We do not collect precise location, contacts, HealthKit data, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or raw camera recordings. We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party tracking or analytics SDKs that track users across other companies' apps or websites for advertising. How We Use Information We use information to provide core app functionality, authenticate requests, sync progress, restore purchases, send optional reminders, improve reliability, maintain security, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. Information Sharing We may share limited information with infrastructure providers, Apple, RevenueCat, and service providers who help us operate the app. We may also disclose information when legally required. We do not share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing. Data Security We use industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS/TLS, secure device storage where appropriate, and secure server storage, to protect information. Data Retention and Deletion We retain information associated with your anonymous identifier or Sign in with Apple user ID as long as needed to provide Morning Qi, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the app. You may request account deletion from inside the app. Deleting your account removes app account data from active use, subject to legal, security, and operational retention needs. Aggregated or anonymized analytics may be retained for product improvement. Your Choices You can control camera and notification permissions in iOS Settings. You are not required to use Sign in with Apple; the app can work with an anonymous device identifier. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of your data. Children's Privacy Morning Qi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
